The folder you download contains N009, Morewood, a custom neigbhorhood requiring only the base game to play, and two .package files. These are custom objects created especially for Morewood and are neighborhood decorations, a water tower and welcome sign (see pics here). Please put these in your downloads folder if you want those objects to show up in your copy of Morewood.
